No matter what the devil throws at us just be willing to laugh and smile. Don’t think “oh I have cancer… now I have to frown and distance myself from everyone….” NO! If anything you should smile and praise God for He will always provide. Spend time with friends and family. Don’t sit around moping. If you want, watch funny videos and be happy! Even when it’s hard, if you allow yourself to become depressed or sad then you are allowing the devil to steal your joy. Just praise God for He will provide, and do what makes you happy!
When you allow the devil to steal your joy you are allowing him to make you sad and distance yourself from everyone, even God. If we praise God then we can stay happy and rejoice that we are even still alive to praise His name.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 – always trust in God and He will provide.
When I’m feeling down these videos always make me smile or laugh.
