Episode Summary:
- Today we talk about how to approach your health with a spirit of grace. My guest is my friend, Amy Connell, who is a personal trainer on a mission to help women realize that their eating and the way they move their body doesn’t have to be perfect. The reason we take care of our body is so we can do what we are called by God to do.
Amy shared some additional thoughts on the blog. Find out more about way to give yourself grace: How To Give Yourself GRACE in Your Health.

Scripture References:
- Colossians 3:12 “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”
- 1 Timothy 4:3-5 “They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with Thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.”

After hearing the audio of this podcast, I could hardly wait for this video and I was NOT disappointed! You two gave such amazing helpful tips for caring for my body, being healthy, but without the unrealistic expectations we usually have that keep us always discouraged. Amy, I LOVE your ministry and your goals and how you help women feel good about who they are WHOSE they are. God loves me just like I am: wrinkles, stretch marks, brown age spots, gray hair and all. Oh how thankful I am for all that both of your, Michelle and Amy, shared. Thanks for being real! So LOVED our interaction together and so appreciate your personal testimony as well as your expertise. Love and appreciate you!
