I was still in bed at 3:00 this afternoon when I checked my email… I felt a little flicker of hope when I saw the title of Tracie’s message! That hope continued to grow as I read about Dr. Michelle and this book!
I am 35 years old (for a month now; a fact which, in itself is a source of my depression- I feel as though I have nothing to show for my life) and have suffered from depression as long as I can remember.
I do ‘want to get well’; but I don’t know how to find the strength, energy, or mental clarity to ‘do the work’ when more often than I care to admit, I lack the self-worth to motive myself to brush my teeth!
I have had the privilege of participating in the smaller online groups and it has always been a Joy!
I always look forward to the opportunity of sharing a new book with others especially one that has a
message of Joy and healing!
I have dealt with depression most of my life, but God has been helping me to have more joy in my life. I would love to have a copy of Hope Prevails, so I can share insights from her book with others and also help myself.
Hi..I received the book through Amazon, but not the study guide.
