As I walked down the aisle, I spotted my friend in the checkout lane. When I started to walk over she saw me. We exchanged greetings and talked. I did not even know she was in town. Apparently, she was attending a conference I was also going to the next day. We arranged plans to meet there and talked some more. She had to get back to her hotel for dinner and left.
God can talk to you anywhere, even at the grocery store. When you need something and even when you don’t, you can talk to him anywhere. Just like you can pull out your phone and call someone, God gave you a special phone to use even in a power outage. It’s called a brain.
Unfortunately, some people don’t know how to use it or they don’t know how to use it for God. People think that they can only talk to God at home or at work. That is not how it works. God can talk to you at a beach, a restaurant, or even a water park.
God will talk to you anywhere. Some times all we need to is text him. No matter where you are God can contact you. With a brain (phone) you can talk to him anywhere. He can also talk to you easily if you have your “phone” on. The only restriction is that you have to make sure you don’t put him on silent.
“In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.” (Psalm 18:6)—God is always waiting, always listening, always ready to talk with us.

Yes, God will talk with us anywhere, because He is always listening to us. He wants us to have conversation with Him. He loves us. Another great message. Thank you. 🙂

You are so right, Bryce! I am so thankful that we can call on God, no matter where we are at. Isn’t it great to know that no matter when we call His name, He is there listening to us? He never hits the ignore button, or even snooze. We never have to leave a voice mail and wait for Him to return our calls! How amazing! Thank you for another great post!
